The silly moo who carried out major renovatations to a house she had not even exchanged contracts on yet without the vendors knowing.  :cuckoo:

Also buying a house you've not seen is a bit  too. :cuckoo:
How many times per episode do we need Kirsty Allsopp telling us how perilous and dangerous property chains are?
Cant watch this programme, i am in the process of buying a house and it scares the poop out of me.
He he you beat cedge to it  He was going to start a thread when he got back from detached duty :D
That stupid woman - if I had been the owners, I would have sued her. What an idiot. What would have happened if they had to put it on the market? I couldn't believe it

I thought they overplayed the thing about the family in America not having seen the house. It's not as if *no-one* had seen it - his brother had, and as long as he trusted his judgement, I think that is quite reasonable. What were they supposed to do - fly back for loads of viewings?

I didn't see this program...damn, I love house shows! When was it on, and is it repeated??

Tuesdays at 8pm. Don't know about terrestrial repeats, but will probably be on Discovery Home and Leisure at some point in the future.
It's an ok show, but they don't half drag it out.
It has the worst aspects of current C4 property shows - far too much repetition, and is terribly edited.
After every break it was the same - a Kirsty intro, a repeat of who is buying whos (?) house, a highlight of a snag along the way, massively overplaying the deadline element, and footage that we've already seen or will see after the next ad break.
The family from America were daft, and Steevie was just mental.
