Sharp DV-S1 Hackable?

Hello All.
Im after a hack for Sharp DV-S1 to make it multi-region.
Is there one out there.?

It doesn't look hopeful mate, but try this one....

1. Power ON
2. Open
3. 3,3,0,8,8,0
4. (Ro appears on screen or similar )
5. Close
6. Power off


If that don't work then apparently it requires a reprogrammed chip.
