My mother is trying to remember the name of a US tv series that aired in the UK in around 1998/99. She thinks it was on each week on ITV at around 9, 10 p.m.
The main characters were the father (a cop), the wife and three sons, two of whom were also police officers. The youngest son refused to join the police but went to art college instead, much to the father's annoyance. The wife suddenly became pregnant in her early forties. The father was having an affair with the owner? waitress? at a local diner.
I've tried googling with no succcess so it's over to you guys - any ideas?
