Could someone tell me the name of the actor who plays Palmers main security. He was a member of the secret service in season 1 and he was the fella who got Palmer the telephone to talk to Jack in Season 2.

Bald bloke, strong accent, southern?

Although Law & Order seems to have slipped through his fingers - I look forward to him having a part next season as a.....................................Secret Service Agent :D
