I mean:

The League Of Gentlemen: Live At Drury Lane

The one released on 19th November - are there any details folating about yet apart from as the title would suggest it is the live show?

Does it include the Christmas special? and on the town with the league of gentlemen stuff?

cheers.

This release is not a BBC Worldwide DVD so will not include anything from the TV series or the Xmas Special. It is a recording of the live stage show which featured character from the TV series but also the Radio series and earlier Festival Shows The League have done over the past few years.
I saw this show earlier this year and have to say it is without doubt the funniest three hours I have ever spent in a theatre. My cheeks ached from laughing and my bum cheeks from sitting ! If the Drury Lane performance was as good as the one I saw it will be well worth having on DVD. It is hard to believe that three men did all this. The characters work well on stage and are taken to new levels that aren't possible on TV. I can also recommend On The Town With The League of Gentlemen which is the radio show and that is available on audio cassette. Again similar to the TV series but with a twist.
These guys surely are talented ! The commentaries on the two BBC discs are among the best and most entertaining around.
I hope that the Xmas special will appear eventually as this again was very different to the series and was even darker (no Laugh Track was used - very unusual) but this alone probably wouldn't justify a disc on it's own as it isn't long enough
