Breaking Glass - Anyone get the CD with theirs?

Everywhere had this listed as having a free CD and yet I got mine this morning from Play and there is none. Am I the only one?

Unbelievable - just read on Blackstar that due to "rights" issues the CD will not be included! This is a blatant case of false advertising, bait & switch even. I’m not particularly blaming the individual etailers, although the fact that Play still list it as coming with a free CD is extremely slack, but Metrodome have some serious explaining to do. By no means was this the most expensive DVD in the world but I want what was advertised and what I ordered - a DVD with an accompanying CD.

Neither Play or MetroDome seem to be answering their phones either.

Update: Streets, Amazon and Blackstar seem to not list this as available with a CD so I am, after all, blaming Play on this one as obviously a press release was circulated by Metrodome but they not only could’nt be bothered to update their site, but also when they physically got stock and saw it had no CD, they kept right on selling it as if it had. Why do they never answer the damn phone??!!

A further update: Spoke to Metrodome - very nice people btw - who said that this was never sold in to the etailers as being packaged with a CD but that it was something their sales reps mentioned as a possibility when Metrodome were trying to get the rights. Apparently there is a court case in progress as we speak and it soon became apparent that it would not be possible to include a CD with the DVD. So it appears Play jumped the gun in listing it but more seriously they continued to sell it even as recently as yesterday as if it came with a CD and in an email reply to a member in another thread they actually had the front to say the soundtrack was on the other side of the DVD! Problem is there is only one side!

I was annoyed at Play yesterday but I’m even moreso now it appears they are actually making stuff up to fob off irate punters who bought this under false pretences. It now becomes clear why they never answer the phone.
