When did The West Wing go widescreen?

Just wondering as the second series is in widescreen on DVD on R1, but fullscreen over here.

Does anyone know what aspect ratio the series 3 R2 DVDs will be in yet?

I though tit was WS from Season 2 on TV over here. I haven't checked my DVDs from Amazon yet but hope they are WS if they were filmed that way

Quality isn't it! Just finished it this morning :) I'm gutted I'm going to have to wait ages for s3 on dvd :( 1 ep a week isn't going to be enough.

It's only 1 episode a week till July(R1 release date isn't it?). Then you'll be able to watch the series end in one go!

Yeah, sorry. Its the 7th of September and not the 9th of July. I got the date mixed up.:brickwall
