I placed an order at the US DisneyStore site back in December, which arrived damaged. Disney sent out a replacement FOC, but this morning I have received two DHL invoices for a combined total of £50! (£28 for one, £22 for the other)
Do I have to pay these? DHL never gave me the chance to refuse the items on the basis of the Customs and VAT charges, and on the second package, Disney declared full value on the package even though I wasn't paying a penny for it.
Advice appreciated.
