the peacemaker r1 v r2 anyone got them ?

HI peeps can anyone help me out here on which version of this to buy,
I know that there is also a dts r1 version avalible but is the picture quality identicle on all 3 releases.Any help from anybody owning any of these dvds would be greatly appreciated

Well you're in the wrong forum for a start - you should have posted in the DVD Region Comparisms forum. But to answer your question, The DTS edition is extraless but the other 2 versions have a couple of little extras but no DTS.

I'd say get the R1 DTS

But you havent answerd my question though have you and that is which has the best picture quality.And do you personally have a copy or are u just going by other peoples reviews from other sites.I am in no doubt about the fact that the dts soundtrack is the best audio option, but going by the reviews on all the review sites if checked out they all seem to have conflicting oppinions as usaul.And of course on every different review that i read, i always take into account the fact that none of the revewers will obviously be using the same equipment. So the out come is often quite different in a lot of cases. According to the reviews iv read on the r2 version of the peacemaker, they dont seem to rate the pic quality all that good as apposed to the r1 reviewers who seem to think that the pic quality is excellent.If i can get suffecient evidence that says the r1 pic quality is better than the r2 version, then i will deffo buy the dts r1, if that is not the case then il plump for the r2. :)
