View Full Version : Friends 10x12 - The One With Phoebe's Wedding **Spoilers**
Just watching this, funny so far. All comments in this thread.
Just finished, very funny in places. Similar in style to the other weddings, in that it was obvious that some things were going to go wrong, but great to see Joey back as a minister  and some very funny lines all around. Good to see that the wedding went ahead too :)
Hi Kryten,
Is there any chance with the Friends S10 episodes (US ones at least) that we can not have the name of the episode in the thread title as it often seems to contain a rather large spoiler....
Cheers.

Oh bloody hell! Don't think you need a spoiler warning when they use that as the title of the damn episode.. :brickwall
If they're going to go out on a high, they'd better hurry up and get into gear. They barely had enough material for one normal episode, let alone an extended one. Disappointing.
Agreed this was a poor episode compared to the previous weeks one which was superb. Let's hope for better things in the remaining shows.

Watched this last night, and thought it was just plain dire!
I'm hoping for 'Friends:The one where they all get killed' just to end this show now - like Only Fools and Horses, i'll remember this as a show that's went on past it's best :(
Disagree with you there. The last two seasons have been excellent. Seasons 7 and 8 were pretty dire though.

it was sweet. no really funny moments, but nice to see the phoebe story wrapped up. Perhaps nice to see ursula turn up? but the whole wedding in the snow was cute.
Not many more to go now? 6 or so.
Monica is looking a bit preggers now (well courtney is), wonder how they will hide that over coming weeks, as she is infirtile (or chandler is?)
Not up to the standard of the previous episode, but watchable and at least the wedding was a bit different, what with being in the snow. I still think Joey is being built up more as the show finishes with better lines, i was thinking of other lines they could have used at certain points with the other characters, which cant be a good sign while watching.

Didnt notice that myself, but its Chandler that's infertile i think IIRC from what was said in a previous episode, maybe the one with the birth mother and not being able to give Monica a child.

Definately the best line for me was from Chandler:
"Make 'Groom' for Chandler"

Lol! That was brilliant. I really liked this episode, very nice. My favourite part was when Phoebe started screaming during the rehersal. :D
I *really* want to slap Monica senseless these days! She is ruining the show for me now. I never realised what an annoying, selfish, nasty woman she was before. Or maybe I did but the comedy overshadowed it. There clearly isn't enough comedy anymore.

I think Chandler had a low sperm count, AND Monica had a hostile enviroment! (womb?) so not being able to have a baby was a combination of the two problems.
Thought that was a pretty poor episode....Monica's voice was soooo annoying and Chandler & Ross arguing about being in the wedding was fairly pathetic IMHO...and how convenient was it that Joey was still ordained :oh-hum: :oh-hum:
