Hi I've just ordered a Tosh SD210e and can't wait untill it arrives!
What I want to know is how widespread at this stage is RCE and what makers or titles does it affect or will in the future.
Also where can I buy on line for shipping to the UK/Ireland region one disks (amazon won't)?
thanks

Sony are still using it sporadically on their Columbia/Tristar releases. MGM have also experimented with RCE.

The simple answer is to get yourself a player that has a manual region select option, either with or without auto region change. Then you need never worry about RCE or any other region-protection devices on DVD again!

play247 (http://www.play247.com) are widely regarded as a good on-line retailer. They are based in Jersey, and price all their R1 material in sterling.

Since when did Amazon stop shipping to the UK? On their website, they explicitly say that they can ship to almost anywhere in the world. Is this a new policy that only affects DVDs and videos?
