Screen Select - Getting Slower?

Anyone else having issues with Screen Select? I've been a member for three months now but recently the service has slid to a level where I'm getting three discs a week.

Take this week. I posted three discs back last Friday and only got a dispatch notice saying three were being sent to me on Wednesday. However, they're not even here yet.

Pretty poor if you ask me.

I've been a member for only about a month - and I've noticed the service deteriorating in even that short a time.

I notice they ran some promotion giving a months free trial in a DVD mag this month so possibly only temporary.

I only seem to ever have 2 films in the "DVD's you have got at home" section at the moment.

Yes we are noticing now and have done for a few weeks, it is getting very slow, they have had a DVD we returned for 2 days now and they still haven't sent out a DVD (we have over 50 in our selection too).

Plus I have sent them numerous emails all with no reply - they used to be sooooo good - anyone know what has happened?

Im in the 30day free trial and the service so far is very fast. Only had one problem, which was today, when they sent me a DVD, but the DVD in the case didn't match the case.

So perhaps they 'tempt' people with quick service for the users trial period, then not treat them aswell when they have your money.

I’m in a month’s trial period with SS and the service is dire so the theory that they treat you like kings for a month just to get your money doesn’t really pan out. The "Postal Rentals" thread has all the depressing details.

Suffice it to say these losers won’t be getting a subscription from me.
