The soon to be with us R1 version of 'The Grinch...' contains a new trailer for the upcoming 'E.T. - The Extra Terrestrial' theatrical anniversary re-release, some of the new CGI shots are also visable in the trailer.

The DVD edition of E.T. "is expected by late summer 2002".

According to DVDFile, some of the changes include the 'soldiers' carrying walkie-talkies instead of guns...

They'll be changing the guns in Star Wars to water pistols next...:mad:

You meen you haven't heard.....also the light sabres are being exchanged with really bright torches, so the worst that can happen is a severe dazzling which will disorientate the victim. :p

It can hurt if they get it right in the eyes. Maybe they should do body shots/flashes only?

I thought it was on 'The Grinch' (a Universal release like ET) Doesn't "Shrek' come from Dreamworks?

aprout you are indeed correct, it is 'The Grinch' and not 'Shrek' like i earlier stated, my daughter was papping on in my ear about 'Shrek' at the time when i was typing my original post....D'OH! :o
