Ordered Lost In Translation and 2 x Friends Boxsets from Play, both of which were posted on 28/01 (last weds). LIT turns up on Saturday - fine - but still no sign of Friends!!
Anybody else experiencing postal delays (east london) or is this just typical Play?
Why is that Play's fault??
Granted most same time sent stuff arrives same day but this does happen.
It's a bit like the thing were your bags are all on separate containers on an airplane!

Then you are in the hands of the postal service as Play have completed their part of your order. It is not Play's fault that your disc's are in the system somewhere.

Probably sitting in Mt Pleasant whilst they calculate the customs fees that are due.. :lol:
I posted a dvd on Monday morning to Co Durham from the Scottish Borders and it only arrived this morning, I could have walked it there quicker.
Good old Royal Mail.

If you think you can deliver the item quicker and more importantly, cheaper.....do it yourself. :oh-hum:

I work for an online retail store and we hear the same crap from customers everyday.
The item gets postd out and we always get the blame when it takes a few days to get to its destination, like its our blasted fault.
You just want to tell them to get lost, but that wont be good customer service, would it?
