Is valentine an RCE disk? cause it wouldn't play when my LG3350 was set to 0, had to be changed to 1.

Is there a list of RCE disks somewhere, cause I'm sure I must have more, but none have failed so far.

No RCE on Valentine (Warners title)

ummm in that case what stopped it playing on the region 0 machine?
