....... Just watched "Ice Cold in Alex" for the first time :thumbs:
and it reminded me of a Film I saw yrs ago, I believe it's a WWII Film and these Group of Soldiers have to defend a Water well out in the Desert, which turns out to be empty, only the Nazi's don't realise this, and end up turning over there Guns in exchange for water.....I know this info is a little vague, but I hope it rings a few Bells :)

I have seen a film like that and believe there are two versions of it. One very old (1940's) and one more recent,

I think the more recent one is Sahara with James Belushi.

I haven't seen the 1943 but the Belushi was one was ok. I think it was a TV movie at the time.

It was on TV a few months back.
