If anyone is thinking on ordering from this company........................BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered from them for the first time on Tuesday 27th Jan and as the order came to £100+ I paid £4.95 for next day delivery, it was to be with me by 5.30pm on Thursday 29th Jan. I phoned up City Link as they deliver for them to see what had happened and they said that they never got anything from ASOS (As Seen On Screen) and that they had already contacted ASOS about this and they thought they would have contacted all customers concerned (but they never bothered). And I took a days holiday off of my work and stayed in all day. :mad:
You can only contact their customercare department by email not telephone, as I also telephoned them and their representative said that I had to email them. Well I did and I told them that I wouldn't be paying for next day delivery £4.95 as I never received it, and they got back to me this morning Friday 30th Jan by telephone and from the dismissive way they spoke to me they weren't interested in anything I had to say. They said it wasn't their fault as it was because of adverse weather conditions so they wouldn't be giving me the delivery money back, but I tried to explain that it wasn't my fault as I paid for something that I didn't receive, to no avail!!!!!!!!!
I told them that this was the first time that I had shopped with them and that it would be the last!!!!!
And they said that would be my choice so apart from the money I don't think that speaking to a customer like that is good customer service, as I deal with members of the public at work every day and if we spoke to them like that we wouldn't be working there.:oh-hum: :brickwall If I had known then what I know now I wouldn't have bothered ordering from them believe me.

I received the order today Friday 30th Jan at 3.30pm.
No thanks to ASOS!!!!!!!!
