Tekheads

I ordered a sony cdrw in their lucky dip this week and they have sent me a samsung dvd rom drive instead. Anyone had any experience with anything like this before with tekheads and do they sort things out properly, i aint paying for postage back to them...

Just checking they aren't like ebuyer who will try and make you pay for the thing to be sent back to them even though it is their mistake.
