As I understand it the rights of the Brazilian Company to Americal have expired and it can now/soon be released by the stusio who own it(?)

But what about the west?

Once Upon a Time in the West due next year in R1. Last I heard In America needs extensive restoration.

As far as I'm aware there's absolutely nothing happening with Once Upon a Time In America . It's a real shame, as I'd love to get my hands on that DVD!
