R2 DTS and R4 DTS?

Why is it we are now seeing more and more R4 disks with DTS yet still so few on R2?

Any views?

The people who make R4 discs are getting more DTS masters or feel more like putting them on their discs. Whereas the people who make R2 discs are getting less DTS masters or feel less like putting them on their discs.

Or is it that UK R2 discs usually have 30,000 different European languages and subtitles on them so they don't have the space?

Or a bit of both.
