aiwa dvd players any cop and are they hackable?

looking for a 2nd cheap player and saw the local hamlets had the small midi sized aiwa machine(dont know make sorry) is it hackable and any good?

The earlier ones aren't hackable mate - I used to have one (can't remember the model number, sorry)

For the most part it was very good indeed. I only got rid of it to exchange it for a Sony 535 as it refused to play my Toy Story Boxset bonus disc.

Later models can be hacked however.

I wouldn't touch an Awia (Sony owned I think).

If you get it for £40 then yes but you can buy fully guaranteed machines (new) for £100.
