Saw Ghost World at the premiere of the Raindance Film Festival in London last night and have to say it was one of the best films I've seen this year.

I admit my opinion might be slightly coloured by the fact I was sitting within an audience of people attached in some way to the film industry, all wanting to enjoy the film, and I probably wouldn't have laughed half so much if I had seen it at my local megaplex or on DVD but, that said, it was still very enjoyable.

Steve Buscemi and Thora Birch were both excellent (and I didn't think I would ever say that about Ms Birch after The Hole) and the script was intelligent and well written.

Go see it, I don't think you will be disappointed.

That was a great show last night, the audience was very much into it. The film is great, Buscemi is on fine for as always. Loved the mullet guy at the store, if you go and see it make sure you stay right to the end of the credits as theres a very funny bit right at the end.

The art teacher was spot on and reminded me of my old art teacher at school. Pretentious? Tampon in a cup? Nah!
