Bought some perfume from WowWoman.. The first one got lost in the post. I let em know and they immediatly sent another, no hassle or 3rd degree.

The second one incurred customs charges. I let em know and they refunded my card within minutes..now that is what I call service.....

Well I ordered some perfume for Mrs Psybear on 11th December. Still hadn't arrived by 23rd, so I emailed them. Email back saying very sorry, problem with supplier etc. Should be despatched by 5 January. A bit late for Santa, but with it being £20 cheaper than in Boots, I let the order sit. Then another email, this time saying delayed until 16 January. Then another about 3-4 days ago to confirm despatch.

It arrived today with the dreaded Customs stickers on it - almost £10 in charges. Haven't emailed them yet as it was delivered to work and I am not sure whether or not the postie collected. If he didn't, is that it, or can the RM still come back to me to collect later?
