Evil dead 2 limited tin-cloudy disk

Ive just had a look at my disk for evil dead 2,as i was thinking of selling it.Ive just checked the disk,just looking if there was any scratches and what not,when i noticed a sort of clouding.

It looks like a water mark,but its not on the surface its underneath.

Any ideas whats caused this:confused:

Oh and it plays fine,but i wonder for how long??
