Stir Of Echoes DVD - insert??

Should there be an insert/booklet with this DVD, like a little slip with chapters on it etc. I just bought a copy from Woolworths but it didn't have one in though I think it should cos the chapters aren't listed anywhere else. Can anyone help with this?

I got my copy from Woolworths also, and it didn't have a sleeve either! In addition, I know somone who got theres from Play247.com and didn't get one either...strange!

So, where woulds we find a list of chapters etc... Its really bugging me cos if its not supposed to have one I wouldn't mind but if it is I don't wanna be paying £9.99 for it.
