View Full Version : Name this film from the quote
The wife is doing my head in. She's got this quote stuck in her head something along the lines of "Sorry, misread the signs" and it's a running joke throughout the film.
Any suggestions?

'What Women Want' perhaps?
She doesn't think so, thanks for the suggestion though

Bolch - this is now bugging me because it seems to ring some bells but I can't for the life of me think what film it's from.
Lost Boys springs to mind but I can't put my finger on why. I'm thinking it's from a film where the characters have set some kind of trap and one of them thinks he's been given the sign to do his bit, but he's wrong and then says the quote, but I can't think of the film which features this.
EDIT: Or that could be way off the mark and the film is question is: L.A Story?
EDIT 2: Bruce Almighty? Or maybe a baseball film?
Is it a Cheech and Chong movie?
Something to do with the gay guy from Scary Movie or Deuce Bigalow's he-pimp
Does sound familiar though.
Sounds a bit like Play it again, Sam
