Dragon: bruce lee story, missing scene??

I've recently got the r1 version of dragon due to the fact that it has 4 seconds of it uncut, but when watching the first trailer on the extras, there was a scene where it looks bruce is hit by a car while on his motorbike, this scene wasn't in the movie, it wasn't in the outtake section either, anybody know anything about this????

This happens in loads of movies.

Many trailers are put together before post production has been completed and final version of the movie decided on. Everynow and then this means an extra scene that was dropped from the final cut of the movie makes it in to the trailer
