HELP!!!

I've just received a CD from 101CD that I haven't ordered. I've logged into my account with them and there are two more CD's on the way that I also haven't ordered.

Can't get them on their stupid phone number, no-one ever answers.

What is going on???

Any help/advice needed ASAP please.

Well I found someone elses name and address in my account... went to bt.com and looked the guy up and phoned him up.

Seems that 4 years ago I had a dial-up account with an ISP, and now he is with that ISP and has got the same username and therefore email address that I had, so when he signed up with 101cd, they allocated him my old account!

What a cock-up!

EDIT: And I've emailed, phoned and faxed 101cd and they've never got back to me.

Then surely its the fault of the ISP or the bloke who has ended up with your account.

Why blame 101cd?

If I opened an account with a company and found some other geezers details, I would email the company and either close the account or ask them to look into it. Have you been receiving items he has ordered?

Why is he ordering items if your details are appearing in his account? (your address must be appearing in his account if you are receiving his goods).

Stupid man/woman if you ask me.
