Was going to buy some stuff from Ebuyer but i notice the earliest delivery option is Thur18 Dec, thought they had next day delivery(which would be Tuesday now) :confused:

dunno I place my order yesterday and its all paid for just awaiting dispatch!

Hopefully be here next Thursday as promised.

I placed an order on moday that was in stock, and awaiting dispatch, and it was only sent out today.

Perhaps its the time of year?

They use City-link as their couriers too :eek:

I had a delivery from city-link this Saturday. ... It should have been delivered Tuesday (it was sent Monday on a next-day service)..
City-link are so snowed under with work in my area , my delivery came by a contracted courier delivering on behalf of city-link..

I hope for your sake they are treating ebuyer deliveries as priority (they are a very big customer for city-link)..

i phoned and was told they are busy and wont do next day that was 2 weeks ago

last order was Monday not getting it till monday but they would deliver sat at a silly price

need more staff they do

was like that in OCT as well busy they said

i am now looking for somewhere else spent a few grand with them as well:mad:

Delivery Times
Hi,

Why have your delivery times become so bad - they used to be pretty good & you could also pay for next day delivery (although it rarely did turn up the next day...).

Are your delivery times going to improve at some point? I suspect that at some point you will start to lose business because of this; if you haven't already of course.

Unfortunately due to a large number of orders on the system at this time we are experiencing some slight delays with processing orders. However, at the most part we are delivering on the delivery by date as is our policy.
We have temporarily withdrawn priority service at this time as we do not want to give our customers unrealistic expectations for delivery.
Sorry we are unable to accommodate your request at this time.
