Is it possible for me to feed Sky TV from the Sky box in the living room so I can watch it on the small TV in another room as well? What stuff do I need?

Yes, coax into the 9v coax in the back and if you want to be able to change channels get a magic eye remote.

If you do get the magic eye remember that there is an engineers code that you need to enable the sky box.

It is inserted in between the coax plug and the back of the extension TV, the power source is obtained from the RF2 socket on the Digibox. To activate press the "services" button, then "System Set up", tap in the installers code being "0,1,select" go to RF Outlets and switch the RF2 outlet on.
