I got a mail from Play on Monday evening telling me that my R2 POTC had been posted.

I've just had a look at my account history on their website and it's back to processing!!!

What are they playing at???? I was looking forward to watching it tomorrow night.....

I've got more and more fed up with Play over the last few months. Their prices are not as competitive as they used to be and their customer service and delivery times have been slowly dropping off.

CD-Wow for me from now on...

Likewise, im not very happy with play anymore, their delivery times have slipped somewhat.

Personally I can't complain
They always seem to deliver in pretty good time to me, and I've never had any problems.

Well, my copy has been shipped from PLAY and appears to of stayed that way! My account shows it as shipped and has not gone back to processing!!!!

I find PLAY to be a very good supplier in my opinion, if I have had problems they always sort it out very quickly and without any hassle!

Mine has always been on processing but got a e-mail saying it had been sent on Tuesday and still says processing. They must be having a few probs, I am not that bothered I think it will turn up this week.

Play took the money from my account for this on Monday and my order showed as packing on their site. I checked later that day and it had changed to processing! Then I received a email the same evening saying my copy had been posted, but my order status still says processing!

Very odd!

Still think it may arrive by the weekend, though, as they're usually pretty good with pre-orders - in my experience.

I got an email last night stating that it was posted. It only changed from "Processing" to "Posted" in my order history this morning. Strange, but I don't mind as long as I get my DVD next week.

Is there meant to be an inlay in this one, as mine has only got a competition entry and a ringtone voucher ?

No booklet or chapter listing even.

Cheers. :)

The R1 definitley does have a booklet, and it's quite a nice one as well:dork: .

Got mine from DVDSoon for £11

I'll find out for you tomorrow at work if someone hasn't already given you the answer.
