Star Trek Voyager on DVD?

Someone at work has asked me if Star Trek Voyager is available on DVD and which is the best and/or the cheapest region to get them. I've done a search but I know nothing about Star Trek so any help would be appreciated.

Rumours are that Star Trek box sets might start appearing next spring...though it might be Next Generation that gets the treatment first.
