View Full Version : Bo Selecta: The Xmas Single.
Anyone have any idea what this is about?
They are releasing a Christmas single. It's called 'Proper Chrim-bo', or something similar, and is mostly the Craig David character singing.
What's on tonight is a showing of the video for it, which will probably be populated by c and d list celebrities.
I heard the song yesterday and thought it was awful.

Who was the woman in the Michael Jackass bit in the middle? I thought it was Catalina at first but it's not.

Totally agree :brickwall
Loved the Matthew Wright & John Leslie bit, fair play to them both for being good sports.
Could have done with a few M.F.'ers though but that would kill daytime airplay (if it gets any)!!
I think Chris Moyles is going to back this one, he couldn't stop raving about it this afternoon. So it should get an airing.

Moyles wasn't on this afternoon!

I thought it was hilarious. I was wondering at first if they were just airing it to cash in on the Michael Jackson scandal.

Just watched this and have to say it's fantastic :notworthy. Got to love Leslie, Wright, Mel B and all the other celebs for being such good sports, like others I really hope this stops the pop idol lot getting to number 1. The DVD looks good as well, on Selecta 2 it says it includes a 'making of' and a 'directors cut'

The most shocking piece of television I have seen all year! Cracking video ("Craaaig Daavid" and "Daavid Craaaig"), but I am probably just easily pleased. :D

It is so the high troused wearing freak is on a winner either way :)
Absolute class - I think either this or The Darkness will hit no.1 this Christmas. I haven't heard the Pop Idol's song though I'm fearing to be an absolute monstrosity! :dork:

I think the main contendors this year are:
Bo Selecta
The Darkness
Electric Six (if they pull they're act together)
