Tried very hard to set up a new connection with these people and am getting hardly any response from emailing them and no confirmations or otherwise as to the progress of my application.

Annoys me that I have applied online and given all of my bank details, they barely respond to my emails and I can't find a phone number for them anywhere.

I am hearing warning bells, has anybody had any dealings with this so called company?

I ordered from them over the weekend but haven't had any order confirmation or reply to my emails yet...

Anyone else got a successful order from Mobile Madness?

Ordered last week, received fone and connection 3-4 days later all working. Got first bill from SinglePoint today.

I got their phone number if you want it.

EDIT: forgot to say I got a confirmation email straight after ordering on the site.

Did you order a 3510i on T-Mobile like I did?

If you have the phone number, that would be really helpful just in case. If you prefer to email it, send it to (NICK dot PUBLIC at VIRGIN dot NET).

I presume Singlepoint is the trading name for Mobile Madness or something.

I got the same phone but on Vodafone, SinglePoint is the service provider (for voda).

I'll email you the number when I get home :)

Has anyone had any joy contacting these people? I got my 3510i at the and of last month, but have yet to receive my accessories pack. I've tried calling and e-mailing them but no joy yet.

Getting a bit miffed now!

The only thing I didn't get was the handsfree earpiece, the car charger and case came with the phone.

I ordered a 3510i (vodafone) on 10th December but have heard nothing since. Have left messages on the phone number mentioned above and emailed. Have received no replies at all.

Like Reefer, the alarm bells are ringing.

I ordered on 30th November.

Hadn't heard anything by 10th December, so emailed them, and got a reply saying "They are now back in stock - please reply to confirm you still want one".

I did so and received my phone on 12th December.

Ordered the 8310 on T-mobile end of Nov and it arrived 5 days later. I then ordered a 3510i two days later even thou the site said out of stock, still no phone, emailed, phoned etc no response.

Registered post for the redemption claim in 6 months methinks....
