Just to let the folks on the forum know that they should steer clear of this mob.
Both the g/f and I joined this year (was a member last year and it was poor but put up with it because of the prices). They are supposed to deposit money into your account monthly and done it without being forced as yet!!!
They ignore most emails and are now only accepting incoming calls to the sales department.
They have a great apathy for their customers and considering the problems we`ve had this year they must now be the worst company I have dealt with this year. Worse even than BT :eek:
They never sent me my sim card. Then they sent it to completely the wrong address. Then they lied 3 times on the phone. Then they told me I couldn`t get the original deal because of their mistake. Then they said I couldn`t get a refund even though I didn`t have the goods.
So bascially steer clear for your own good folks :mad:
