Just got the above player but seems to be Region 2 only...

Does anyone know a remote hack to let me play my R1 discs ???

I would if the tool was cheaper Steve...

But (and do not take this the wrong way), £30+ is too much when I can get a new player for that nowadays. Would have been nice but will have to stick to R2 and get a 2nd player instead.
