ANOTHER name that tune - off La Haine

In the film La Haine there's a scene where some bloke's in his flat scratching on his decks, then the camera pans over the housing estate. Does anyone know what the tune is that's playin over this bit?

I think, though it's a while since I watched it, that it's 'The Sound Of The Police' by KRS-ONE. It may be that he's just using an acapella of that over another beat though.
