The Godfather Trilogy R2/R4: Missing extras and the original mono soundtrack?

Does the R2/R4 version of The Godfather Trilogy include the cast rehearsals and the original mono soundtrack (for the first two films), present on the R1 release?

I haven't had a good look at my R2 yet, but I'm pretty sure they're not there - I had to decide between the fact that they might not be there & the picture quality that I wanted (oh, and price as well), so went for the PAL R2.

According to the review at dvdfile there's no English mono track on the R1 either.

The Soundtracks on the R1 versions are 5.1 only there is no Mono.
The cast rehearsal footage is within the documentary as far as I know I've not found it anywhere else unless there is another Easter Egg with it on !!
