The Mummy Returns.... Excellent DVD, Rubbish Case

I received my R4 Mummy Returns yesterday and I must say they didn't exactly go mad over the second disc attachment. I've got plenty of 2 disc amaray cases that have the second disc on a "flap" but this one is the most pathetic I've ever seen. It just makes it look cheap, especially after the outer cover looks so good. Methinks I'll have to move it over to a second case... Now all I have to do is sort out a cover.

I've got a couple of R4 two disk titles and they're all in the same type of case. Still much better that the fold-out cardboard efforts on many r1/r2 se's.

It's nice looking artwork but it's not that simple to just close the case. But more upsetting for m is the fat that the first disc wasn't in mine so I can't check out the dts track:mad:

there have been so many people here in Australia that purchased the Mummy Returns locally returning them because of getting 2 of the same discs ( either 2 x disc 1 or 2 x disc 2) in the cases.

Hi all,

Just to answer those who are wondering what the dts track is like; well it is the bee knees. Through a properly calibrated system, the bass and extra spaciousness offered by the dts track is frankly amazing-and the production and quality of the sound is first rate. Check out the pygmy attack for some of the most aggresive low end in a long while!

I got both the Mummy :UE and the mummy returns on R4 on saturday.

Bit disapointed that the first one is in a chuncky case, and the sequal is in the lame normal size case with a bit in the middle.

Does not look as good on the shelf.

Why do the covers not fit properly in the oz cases.

Not just R4 either, my Mummy UE R1 sleeve is short by about 9mm from the edges where the alpha case closes. Looks damn ugly.
