I know the papers & now Radio 5 have named the athlete, but is this not open to legal action from the person concerned if the allegations are false? I'm thinking of previous occasions when threads like this have been closed. :confused:

The person is named in the article the link points to. Just pointing out that threads like the John Leslie one were closed on similar grounds I seem to recall. Personally I'm ambivalent. :|

From the BBC Website:

The report names the athlete but this website cannot do so for legal reasons.

I think it is best this is closed.
