received from play this morning - just sat down with pizza and beer to watch the godfater and the picture breaks up / freezes, dvd spins and goes mad at chapter 2 - 2mins:11sec all the way to Chapter 3 (so far....)

*sigh*

What player have you got? Haven't watched these films yet but I did have a problem on Part 3 where I was unable to call up the menu screen. I have a Pioneer DV-340

Got a Sony 735 and have had no problem with over 130 DVDs so far, so I guess its the disc - It seems its just chapter 2 thats the problme atm

I'm just going through the discs now- no problems with chapter 2 on mine.

However, am I the only one to find getting the sodding discs out of the holder frustratingly difficult? I really do not lie bending the things!
