Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with replies to emails sent to DVD Crave ?

Sent them an Email about a week ago and no reply as yet.

Am i being a tad too impatient, or are they genuinely busy and take this long ?

I've made Daniel aware...normally its A class service...he must be busy or the email got lost in the internet void.

Unfortunately bigpond (major isp in AU) have had major problems with emails for the past week or two. Its causing major problems here, some emails are not being received for 4 - 7 days!. If you email and dont receive a reply with-in 24 hours, please forward it to my personal hotmail address, dvdcravefrontshop@hotmail.com, and I will ensure you receive a reply as quickly as possible.

I've always had A+ service from DVD Crave.

I'm waiting on a few seasons of X-Files from them now that are being re-released soon, any idea when they'll be shipping Daniel? Thanks mate.

To be honest, i never really doubted the service for a moment. I have ordered in the past as have some friends.
