Name the song from the lyrics (Style Council)

"No matter what I do......" might be part of the chorus. Lots of songs to choose from so woill take me ages to go through them one by one unless someone knows what this is from.
One of these songs I heard on the radio, caught this line and assumed it to be the name of the song, but nicely enough, didn't hear the radio station bother saying the actual name!

I always get this and "Have you ever had it blue" mixed up (i.e. singing that line to the above tune).

If I remember correctly, Mr Weller played LHS when I saw him here in Chicago in February.
