It's all relative mate. I don't bet what I can't comfortably afford. You shouldn't gamble to make ends meet - it's just a bit of fun.
EDIT - I was tipped off about this horse around two months ago. I know next to nothing about horse racing but a lot of people I know who have 'the knowledge' are recommending this one and heavily backing it. Can get 8/1 on Cancun Caribe.
Fingers crossed and I'll net a 4k profit.

Probably, I'll be looking to lay off for a nice profit at the first chance I get though. And if Paul fall's behind there's always Lindsay to count on during the interval :norty:.
Just had £10 on it

take each odd as a decimal value ie. 1/4 = 0.25. then add 1 on each of the 3 numbers and multiply them all by each other. then subtract one to deduce overall odds
Yeh I did it like that , didnt really use the calculator :o
ave it! 31.82 from my free bet on totesport.

Nice to see Compo and Sir Robert again, and Alex it's always nice to see :norty:.
Please Mr Murdock launch a Sky racing channel.

We have another for you, this time it is Sporting Index (http://tracker.tradedoubler.com/click?p=13872&a=60823&g=94492).
And a question - as this thread is getting quite large do you guys think it is time for a new and improved one ?
Would be a good idea. The flow of conversation has been somewhat interrupted by the repeated sigs. ;) :D
