since there are quite often queries about courier companies on here, I thought id give my thoughts on parcel2go - I previously asked them to handle delivery of a single item around a month ago - they lost it - everyone deserves a second chance though, and they got theirs this past week - guess what? its been stuck at the sheffield branch of securicor since monday, and every time I call them I am assured that it is guaranteed to go out for delivery today(it needs to travel about 10 miles down the road). I cant be sure yet, but I reckon theyve lost this one too - im going down there this afternoon to collect it in person, but have a sneaky suspicion they wont have a clue where it is.....I dont know whether to blame parcel2go or securicor, but since parcel2go select the couriers they use without offering any choice to the customer in the matter, I can only suggest that you steer clear :(

edit for spelling...

I couldn't even get past their payments system the one time I tried to use them! Maybe Parcel Farce aren't all that bad then?

well - i went to fetch it in the end, tho as suspected I may as well not have bothered - it was there, but having had the crap kicked out of it, I can only presume that the reason it wasnt delivered was because the drivers would have been worried about the reaction they would get when delivering a package that had taken such a beating - someone is going to get a nasty letter
